Customer photo review of JP Girl Personalized Shirt All I Need Is My Dogs and My JP CTM00

Received the shirt. Love it, but the print should be higher up on the shirt. When the shirt is tucked into the pants, you can't see the writing on the bottom. What gives? Attached is the picture.

They were awesome! I made a mistake in spelling one of my friends cats names. They were speedy to respond to my email & were able to fix it before print! And it STILL arrived quickly! My friend's birthday is next week and she's going to LOVE IT! cause I do, (and I don't drive a JEEP !) Can't wait to see her reaction!

Customer video review of Christian Faith T Shirt Lion I Can Do All Things Through Christ Who Strengthers Me TS09

I enjoy the shirt. It’s very nice. The quality is excellent. It looks like it’s going to be a very durable shirt. I love the saying on it. I was not impressed with the customer service of printer wire I did reach out to them and I was told they couldn’t help me with the situation less than two hours after the order was submitted their system kicked in a different city when I hit submit. It took a long time for the shirt to arrive to me, but like I said, I love the shirt just not the customer ser

A great shirt to wear casually but it still carries such an important message. The print quality is really good and I love the design style.

I'm incredibly impressed! I was expecting a low quality t shirt but this far exceeded my expectations. The image was well done and doesn't look or feel cheap. It's true to size and a thicker fabric which is great to wear when the cooler weather is coming up. I love the Bible verse and color of the t shirt as well. No complaints here!

Customer photo review of Bonus dad Hoodie Step Dad Fathers Day TS10

Cute hoodie that’s well made. Paid rush shipping to get it on time for Father’s Day. Ordered a 2XL. This is at best a Large. It’s not the same size as the size chart. I’ve sent several emails showing the measurements. Customer service keeps asking for more pictures. This now will not be a present I can give for Father’s Day. Very frustrating!!! Use a different website that provides accurate sizes to avoid wasting time and money. I hope to get the correct size exchanged without any further issues but don’t plan on using this website again. Very disappointed! Can use it if it’s too small. For a $55 hoodie, I expected more. Will update review once size issue resolved.

Bonus dad Hoodie Step Dad Fathers Day TS10

Store owner replied: Thank you for your feedback and for reaching out regarding the hoodie. We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and frustration. The hoodie was produced according to our size guide, and we understand how disappointing it can be when an item doesn’t fit as expected—especially for a special occasion like Father’s Day. To resolve this for you as quickly as possible, we do need to verify the size of the item you received. Unfortunately, the photos provided so far do not follow the correct measurement method, which makes it difficult for us to assess the sizing accurately. We did share a visual guide on how to measure the hoodie correctly, and we kindly ask you to resend the photos using that method. Once we receive the correct photos and confirm that the sizing is indeed incorrect, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement hoodie at no extra cost—no need to return the original item. We appreciate your patience and hope to resolve this to your satisfaction. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance with the measurements. Warm regards, Wonder Print Shop
