Shipping & Delivery: All products are custom-made and shipped from our international production hub. Please note that total delivery time includes both production and shipping time.
- Handling Time: 3–5 business days.
- Standard Transit: 8–15 business days for standard apparel and 15–20 business days for accessories, drinkware, décor, knitwear, and special collections.
- Premium Transit: 7–12 business days for standard apparel and 7–15 business days for other product categories.
Shipping Rates: Standard Shipping starts at $6.50 USD for the first item, while Premium Shipping with Insurance starts at $9.99 USD. Additional-item and oversized-product fees may apply.
Tracking information will be emailed after your order is dispatched and may take 48–72 hours to update. Deliveries to remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii, island territories, and APO/FPO addresses may require an additional 5–10 business days. International customers may also be responsible for applicable customs duties and taxes.
